The first match between the rimenses and the arequipeños will be played on Wednesday, November 2nd, while the second leg will be played on Sunday, November 6th. The time is yet to be determined.

Since Sporting Cristal finished first in the accumulated table, the celestes will decide who plays the first home match. In that sense, Roberto Mosquera's team would decide that the first duel takes place in Arequipa, at the Monumental de la UNSA stadium, and define the pass to the final in Lima, at the Alberto Gallardo stadium.
