The National Police of Peru (PNP) captures a 20-year-old young man who was committing robberies on the Expressway; however, the officers and witnesses were surprised when the detainee revealed that he would start working as a security officer in the La Victoria district in a week.

According to the report from Canal N, the police and security personnel worked together to capture the criminal identified as Morales, also known as 'Gato Chino', who has a series of complaints for assault, robbery, and attempted femicide.

"Since he was a minor, he has registered in the police complaint system for theft, robbery, physical violence, and also as an adult. (...) He also has a complaint for attempted femicide," said the PNP agent.

In addition, in front of the police group, 'Gato Chino' claimed that he was recently released from prison and had found a job as a security officer in La Victoria.

Finally, the robbery victim identified the young man as the one who assaulted him and proceeded to report him to the police station in the area to initiate the corresponding legal process.
