This flagship dish achieved first place with a score of 4.7, surpassing typical dishes from countries such as Spain, Japan, the United States, Mexico, among others.
It should be noted that this worldwide ranking, which was published on TasteAtlas' official website and on its social media platforms, is based on dishes made with chicken.
On the other hand, not only Pollo a la Brasa was representative of Peru, but 'Ají de gallina' is also included in the list, ranking 10th with a score of 4.5.
It should be noted that Peruvian Pollo a la Brasa surpassed dishes from India such as Butter Chicken and Tikka, as well as another gastronomic powerhouse like Mexico and its famous dishes, Enmoladas and Pollo asado.
