There are four teams fighting to be the best in the Liga Femenina Pluspetrol 2022: Alianza Lima, Carlos A. Mannucci, Universitario de Deportes, and Sporting Cristal. These four teams finished in the top positions of the final hexagonal that took place after the regular phase.
Now, in two single-game semifinals, they will fight for 90 minutes to become the candidates for the title and play the final of the women's tournament. The two highest-ranked teams in the Hexagonal Playoff will be the home teams.
Alianza Lima, led by Samir Mendoza, will host Sporting Cristal, coached by Doriva Bueno, at Matute. And they will do it with the possibility of being cheered on by 20,000 people, the allowed capacity for the mentioned match. Only local fans will be allowed.
