Alianza Lima won 2-1 against Universitario de Deportes in the final round of the Playoff Campeonato of the Pluspetrol 2022 Women's League. In addition, Carlos Mannucci defeated Universidad César Vallejo and Sporting Cristal drew in their visit to Atlético Trujillo. Thus, the four semifinalist teams of the women's football tournament were defined.
The teams that finished in the top positions in the final hexagonal advanced in their quest for the title. The matchups were formed with confrontations between the 1st vs. 4th and 2nd vs. 3rd. Additionally, the first and second place teams - Alianza Lima and Carlos A. Mannucci, respectively - will be the hosts.
The semifinals will be played as a single match, and the winners will compete in the final of the 2022 Pluspetrol Women's League, organized by the FPF in Lima. The champion team will represent Peru in the 2022 Women's Libertadores, which will take place in October in Ecuador.
