Alliance Lima denounces that the coach of the 'U' women's team threw a bottle into the stands at Matute
Alliance Lima has denounced that the coach of the women's team of 'U' threw a bottle into the stands at Matute.
The controversy continues between Alliance Lima and Universitario de Deportes. The administrator of the merengue institution, Jean Ferrari, reacted to the accusation made by the blanquiazul club against Paolo Maldonado, coach of the cream women's team.
As indicated by the victorian team through a statement, the former footballer threw a bottle into the stands of the Alejandro Villanueva Stadium during the women's classic that ended with Alianza Lima's victory.
"Alliance Lima deplores the behavior of the coach of the women's soccer team of Universitario, Paolo Maldonado, who threw a bottle of water into the stands before the start of the second half of the classic played this Sunday at the Alejandro Villanueva stadium," says the intimate club.
"Our institution rejects any form of provocation or violence in sports events, especially if it comes from a member of the coaching staff, as unfortunately happened with Mr. Maldonado," added Alliance Lima.
"We will take the corresponding measures before the Disciplinary Commission of the Peruvian Football Federation, so that this type of actions is not repeated and are sanctioned according to current regulations," the victorian team concluded.
Jean Ferrari reacted to the accusation. On Twitter, the administrator of the 'U' affirmed that "there is a big difference between aggressively throwing a bottle and handing out a bottle."
