When the Universitario de Deportes team was leaving the field triumphantly at Matute after winning the classic, Alianza Lima fans threw objects and attacked some members of the cream team. As a result, a football player and a member of the coaching staff of the merengue team were injured.
Regarding this, 'U' issued a statement requesting punitive measures against the blanquiazul club so that these events do not happen again.
Recently, Universitario's administrator Jean Ferrari gave an interview to "Fútbol como cancha" and spoke about what happened at the intimate stadium, as well as the measures he hopes will be taken.

"The videos are clear. The players walked calmly to the dressing room, without provoking, but the projectiles fall and caused the injuries," he recalled in response to Alianza's statement, in which they mentioned that there were taunts from the cream team towards the fans.
"Requesting the closure of the Alejandro Villanueva stadium is detrimental to the football system, knowing that we don't have extra stadiums. But we do ask for drastic sanctions against the organizers," Ferrari pointed out.
The former footballer elaborated and asked that the match between Alianza and Universitario for the Women's League be played without fans in the stands of Matute: "What should happen is that the women's classic this Sunday (September 11) be played without an audience. That would set a precedent".
