Luis Aguiar, former football player of Alianza Lima, was in the news this Saturday because he was involved in a car accident on a road near Costa Azul, Uruguay. The midfielder, who was able to celebrate a championship with the 'blanquiazul' jersey in 2017, was assisted by an ambulance and hours later spoke to his fans.

The former 'íntimo' player used his social media and, through a story, revealed his current health condition, not forgetting the Peruvians who were concerned about this unfortunate accident that took place early in the day.
"Good afternoon everyone, I wanted to thank you for all the messages I have received in these hours and let you know that I have strong bruises and a few bruises, but honestly and thanks to God it has been nothing more than a scare. I want to thank the police officers of La Floresta who supported me for several hours and accompanied me at all times", he wrote.
"Thank you Peruvian people for the thousands of messages and I wish you all the best always. THERE'S 'CANARIO' FOR A LONG TIME", he added on his official Instagram account.

As the football player himself highlights, at this moment he is in pain from hard blows and bruising. Despite this, he clarifies that he is out of danger and will surely improve in the coming days.
Finally, it is important to note that Luis Aguiar returned to Alianza Lima in 2022, but did not play the entire season, as he decided to be in his country and be part of Juventud Las Palmas in Uruguay.
