Lucca Mesinas won the bronze medal at the PASA Games 2022 in Panama.

The Peruvian surfer excelled once again after earning third place in the Open men's category at the PASA Games 2022.

Alegría for Peru in one of our nation's flagship sports. Lucca Mesinas managed to secure third place in the men's open category at the PASA Games 2022. The Peruvian surfer had a great performance in the Pan American Surfing Championship being held in Panama.

Lucca won the bronze medal after scoring 13.37, giving Peru its fifth medal in the event organized in Panamanian lands.

The Peruvian representative made it to the semifinals and finals alongside Miguel Tudela, who finished in fourth place with a score of 12.03. It is worth noting that both surfers expressed mutual support as representatives of the Peruvian delegation.

The IPD announced the medal obtained by the surfer from Máncora in a publication through its social networks: "Our national representative Lucca Mesinas, finished in third place in the Men's Open category at the PASA Games 2022 held in Panama."

The first place went to Brazilian Mateus Sena with 13.76 and the second position went to Panamanian Jean González with 13.40 points.

In addition to the Open category, Peru has won five medals at the PASA Games 2022. Itzel Delgado won the gold medal in the Stand Up Paddle Race, surpassing Brazilian David Leao. Additionally, Vania Torres won the silver medal in Stand Up Paddle Surfing.

Tamil Martimo finished in third place in the same category as Vania Torres. The fourth medal was obtained by Ana Camila Kaspar in Loangboard, and Mesinas won the last one in Open.
