Melgar guaranteed their spot in the Copa Sudamericana semifinals after defeating Internacional on penalties; thousands of fans are already waiting for the semifinals against Independiente del Valle. In light of this opportunity to win the tournament, the National Police of Peru has implemented restrictions.
As usual, the National Police warns about the crime of drinking in public places and driving under the influence, however, this did not stop the authority from celebrating Melgar's victory in Brazil:

As well, they warned that a possible victory in the Sudamericano Championship could belong to the 'rojinegros', so they issued the following warning: "You know that if you drink and drive, you can miss the semifinals," was the hilarious post.
