The 'Zorros' board wants to avoid relegation, for that reason they decided to hire the services of an old acquaintance from the club, Edgar Ospina.

The experienced coach indicated that he is ready to take on the responsibility and that on Thursday 11 he has a meeting with the board and the players.

Edgar Ospina is committed to the goal of saving Ayacucho FC and said that he hasn't slept for three days, analyzing the squad and looking for the formula to reverse the poor results.
"I haven't slept for three days, watching videos and I don't understand why the team is in this situation and there is a lack of results. Even the fans are no longer following the team. There must be some flaw somewhere", said the coach.
