This benefit will only be delivered to a certain educational sector, that is, to those teachers and assistants who are formally named or hired. It is estimated that the subsidy will provide assistance to 400,000 teachers throughout the country.

- Have a valid employment relationship until December 22, 2022.
- Remain registered on November 30, 2022 in the Centralized Payroll and Data Registry of the MEF.
- If you are in the Regional Government, you must have a valid work relationship until December 2022, in addition to being integrated into the PDT PLAME until September of this year.

According to the National Secretary of Defense of Sutep, Ronald García, the 950 soles bonus for teachers and assistants will only be effective starting in January 2023. The Ministry of Economy (MEF) has already calculated an investment of S/ 351,000,000.
