The trophy cabinets at Museo Lolo Fernández display the cups from 29, 34, 39, and 41. It was a big surprise for many to find out that there was one from '34 as it had been lost. Additionally, there is a debate as to whether it belongs to Universitario or Alianza Lima.

According to users on social media, this replica was made using photographic records from one of the halls at Estadio Lolo Fernández and thanks to a group of Universitario de Deportes fans, they now have the '34 cup in their showcase.
The controversy over the 1934 trophy is something that fans of Universitario de Deportes and Alianza Lima will never forget. Both clubs claim ownership of the trophy as national champions, but the Peruvian Football Federation recognizes the merengues as the rightful owners.
