It was 2016 when a "promise" from the United States arrived at Alianza Lima, son of the famous Israeli artist Yigal Ozeri. We are talking about midfielder Adam Ozeri, who at that time was part of the United States U-19 national team. However, his stay in La Victoria was not what was expected, as he did not debut with the first team of Alianza Lima.
"I am extremely happy to play for one of the biggest clubs in South America. When they told me about this opportunity, I didn't think twice," said the young player to Ovación when he joined Alianza Lima's reserve team.
Although he had the idea of reaching the first team, he did not make his professional debut.
What happened to Adam Ozeri after leaving Alianza Lima?
After his brief spell with Alianza Lima, in 2017 he returned to Argentina to play for Ferro Carril Oeste, a team he was connected with until 2018, but he was also unable to make the leap to the first division.

In 2019, he finally made his professional debut with Boavista from Brazil. That same year, he returned to the Argentine club and was later taken to Orlando City, a squad where Pedro Gallese was already playing, but Ozeri was part of the B team.
Where is Adam Ozeri now?
After his time in American football, Ozeri signed with Patriotas Boyacá from Colombia in 2021, a team he is still playing for. With the Lancero, he played two matches in the Liga BetPlay 2022, entering in the final minutes of both games; in three other matches, he remained on the bench; while in the remaining 15 fixtures he was not called up.
In the Copa Colombia, he also played two matches, starting in the game against Tigres FC in the third round of the competition. In total, the 24-year-old footballer has played only four games this season.
