In recent days, there has been speculation about the possible return of Jefferson Farfán to the playing fields. While his official return to training with Alianza Lima has not yet been announced, that day could be getting closer. Arley Rodríguez, teammate of the 'Foquita' in the blanquiazul team, said that he has been communicating with the player.
"He knows that we miss him, he knows that we need him for the rest of the year," declared Rodríguez for Movistar Deportes.
The former Carlos Mannucci player indicated that the Peruvian national team player has expressed his excitement because he is "very close" to playing again after recovering from his knee injury.
"He is happy, he is motivated because he sees his return closer. I have the possibility to talk to him. Besides the football issue, he is content," assured Rodríguez.
