PROMOTION MECHANISM AND CONDITIONS
People who wish to participate in this promotion must call the number 39 10 59 when the hosts of the program La Rotativa del Aire Arequipa Edición Mediodía - which airs from Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 13:00 hours on RPP Noticias Arequipa regional channel - ask questions related to the Melgar football team.
The first incoming calls that answer correctly immediately after the question is asked will win.
The winners will be announced on Friday, April 29th, 2022, during the program La Rotativa del Aire Arequipa Edición Mediodía.
GRUPORPP S.A.C. staff will contact the winners by phone to coordinate the prize delivery.

There will be (2) two winners, who will have the opportunity to win (1) one prize according to the following details:
CONDITIONS AND/OR RESTRICTIONS
1. Only individuals of legal age may participate.
2. All natural persons of Peruvian nationality and residents in Arequipa - Peru may participate in the promotion.
3. GRUPORPP will contact the winner once the names of the winners have been announced.
4. GRUPORPP S.A.C. urges participants in this promotion to provide their personal information correctly.
5. GRUPORPP S.A.C. informs participants that if a winner has not been contacted, it will be due to the following reasons:
- The winner does not continuously answer the calls made by our staff to the number provided by them.
- The winner provided an invalid number in the participation format.
- The winner provided a number of a third party who has no relationship with them.
- The winner provided a number that is out of service and/or turned off.
GRUPORPP urges participants to provide their contact numbers correctly in order to avoid the above-mentioned situations.
6. The winner cannot request a variation of the prize they receive. The prize cannot be exchanged for any other goods and/or services. Likewise, the total or partial exchange of the prize for cash or any other benefit cannot be demanded, even if the winner cannot fully or partially enjoy the prize for any reason.
7. GRUPORPP S.A.C. employees or third-generation relatives, or any person who is involved in the production, promotion, broadcasting, and administration of this promotion, do not participate. Under no circumstances will the prize that has been lost, stolen, or damaged after being successfully delivered to the winner be replaced.
8. GRUPORPP S.A.C. states that participants in this promotion who use irregular mechanisms called ethical hacking, robots.txt, bots, and/or any other irregular electronic modality that seeks to violate our random system of choosing participants to have a greater chance of being randomly chosen, will be eliminated from this promotion and banned indefinitely from all commercial promotions organized by GRUPORPP S.A.C. Likewise, GRUPORPP S.A.C. reserves the legitimate right to take legal action, without prejudice to claiming compensation for damages against those participants who attempt to undermine the transparency and free development of their commercial promotions.
