Alianza Lima defeated Academia Deportiva Cantolao 2-1 in matchday 11 of the Liga 1 Betsson 2022.
At the end of the match, Carlos Bustos held a press conference and referred to the two alleged penalties that the referee did not call in favor of the blanquiazules.
"I believe that in the first half there was a play that is a penalty on Jairo (Concha). We have had bad luck with that. In all the penalties this year, they haven't called us a single one. We are a bit upset about this situation because there have been very clear plays that they haven't called," he said.
"Espinoza is a referee with a lot of potential and it may be a play that is too fast to resolve. We see the league and other teams are easily awarded penalties and I don't know what we have to do for them to sanction," added the Argentine.

Bustos admits that Alianza Lima is in debt in the Copa Libertadores
On the other hand, Carlos Bustos indicated that Alianza Lima still has a chance to compete in the Copa Libertadores. "We have won three consecutive matches in the tournament and all three were well earned. We are in debt in the Copa, it is very difficult, we had a very tough group, but we still have chances and we want to fight in every match," he stated.
"We are always trying to improve. We played two matches in the Copa, where, except for the first half against Colo Colo, we played well. We need to focus on the next opponent, who is in the same position as us," added the Alianza Lima strategist.
