Embajadur Crema is a project led by former players Rainer Torres, Carlos Orejuela, Carlos Galván, and Miguel Ángel Torres, with the aim of buying the debts of Universitario de Deportes and later forgiving them.
Through their social media, Embajadur Crema announced that they are close to reaching 3 million soles. News that was celebrated by the 'U' fans.
According to Embajadur Crema, S/. 99,040 soles are still needed to reach 3 million. The project asked the fans to continue writing the most important chapter in the history of Universitario.

Universitario has already started preseason
Universitario has started pre-season training for the Liga 1 and Copa Libertadores. The team signed Alfonso Barco, Joao Villamarín, and Ángel Cayetano.
