Through their social media, the pink team shared a novel video where Jhilmar appears alongside his father, both posing with their beloved club's jersey. Furthermore, Líbero was able to learn that the young attacker joined the 'missile' team upon the request of coach Ytalo Manzo and the contract will be for one season. Boys will compete in an international tournament again after two decades.
"Defending my shirt, my neighborhood, and my family. I'm happier. Let's go Boys!", declared the player in the presentation video.
In 2021, Jhilmar Lobatón played 18 out of 22 possible matches with Aurich, where he scored two goals and was fundamental in the final stretch for promotion. Although they couldn't achieve the goal, 'Loba's' performance was good and impressed the technical staff of the Chalaca squad.
Finally, it is important to mention that the 23-year-old footballer underwent training at Sporting Cristal, the club where he was able to make his professional debut and score a goal against Binacional last year.
