Chiclayo players Erick Perleche and Ayrthon Quintana arrived in the city of Cusco to take part in Cienciano's preseason, with a view to their participation in the 2022 championship.
The footballers reached an agreement a few days ago with the southern institution to join the professional squad for 2022, and thus their arrival at the local airport took place. They posed for the club's press department alongside the other reinforcements of the imperial team.

"Welcome to Cusco, Ayrthon Quintana, Danilo Carando, Mathías Carpio, and Erick Perleche," reads the publication made by the Cusco team.
The start of Cienciano's preseason is on September 10, according to the established plan by the coaching staff.

The goal of Cienciano from Cusco is to recover the leading positions in the championship and fight for the title, in order to return to the international stage.

Both Quintana and Perleche have managed to make a name for themselves in the Cusco team, due to their good performance in the championship. Both players emerged from the Chiclayo teams Carlos Stein and Pirata F.C., respectively.
They also come from a family of footballers, as their parents and close relatives were part of the most popular teams in the Lambayeque region.
