The year 2021 has left several protagonists who deserved the national championship in their respective categories, as well as the players and coach who made the title possible.
That is why the Sports Association of Professional Soccer will hold the awards ceremony on Tuesday, December 7 to honor the best soccer players, coaches, and clubs in Peruvian football throughout the year.
As the best teams, Alianza Lima, Sporting Cristal, and Universitario have been nominated. The blanquiazules and celestes won the championship and runner-up of the Liga 1, while the cremas finished the campaign in third place overall and secured qualification for the Libertadores.
In addition, the ADFP will also award the women's team of Alianza Lima and the U18 team of Sporting Cristal, after winning the Women's League and the Generation Cup respectively.
This ceremony, which will take place at a well-known convention center in the Miraflores district, will be attended by some members of the Peruvian national team who competed in the 1982 and 2018 World Cups.
