"There is a lack of objectivity when it comes to enforcing the provisions of the Regulations and applying sanctions, prioritizing subjective issues such as internet failures, internal coordination issues, human errors, etc.", the statement reads.

Likewise, these three institutions detailed that one of the infractions that has been committed is the timely payment of each institution's obligations, as they claim that, despite several clubs having complied belatedly, they should have been sanctioned according to the stipulated rules because it was done belatedly.

"They apply an incorrect interpretation of the Regulations regarding the definition of 'Timely Payment'. The fact that economic and financial obligations are paid on the dates of inspection does not mean that the violation has not been committed, as the payment was not made in a timely manner according to Peruvian regulations", it specifies.

Finally, Alliance Lima, Sporting Cristal, and FBC Melgar have requested that all resolutions be made public. "That the resolutions and corresponding sanctions for the months of May onwards be made public. The disagreement with the criterion of timely payment that the FPF has been imposing on offending clubs", they concluded.
