The quarantine period has kept footballers working from home, and in their free time they have used social media a lot to interact with their followers or share little-known files from their sports career.
Peruvians have not been the exception and Reimond Manco is one of the most active on his Instagram account, surprising now by showing a childhood photograph.
The current midfielder of Binacional shared a picture when he belonged to the youth divisions of Cantolao and there he coincided with none other than Yoshimar Yotún.
Both born in 1990, they played for the chalaco club for several years, even reaching international level tournaments.
Although Reimond Manco made his professional debut at Alianza Lima, after arriving in Peru after living in Venezuela until the age of 8, he joined Cantolao, where he stayed until joining the blanquiazul team.
For the South American U-17 Championship in 2007, both players were preselected, however, Yotún did not make it to the final list and Manco was consolidated as one of the talents of that group that reached the World Cup of that category that year.
In the senior team, they only coincided once, during Sergio Markarián's tenure, in the friendly match against South Korea (0-0) where both started the actions.
