Tito was champion with the imperial team in Liga 2, where he played 10 matches and scored a goal. Since his debut in 2014 in the Second Division with Sport Boys, the 22-year-old forward has played for Universitario de Deportes, Real Garcilaso, and Sport Rosario. "Raúl is an important attacking addition to our club. He is a fast player who loves to take on defenders. Raúl will bring creativity to our attack and add offensive options that we were missing," said Jeff Paulus, coach of Edmonton FC.

The North American team found Tito through their scouting program, where they analyze players under 23 years old who have had some participation at the national team level. Tito was called up to the Peruvian national team that played in the South American U-20 Championship in Ecuador in 2017, where he was involved for 75 minutes.
