Cerro Porteno Football Club

The main team of Cerro Porteño club arrived in Lima, Peru, on Monday afternoon and hours later held their first training session in preparation for the match against Universitario on Wednesday (from 19:15 hours) for the first leg of the 2020 Copa Libertadores.

A total of 23 Azulgranas players traveled to Inca territory and trained at the Sporting Cristal training center under the orders of coach Francisco Chiqui Arce.

The Cyclone will train again on Tuesday afternoon, on which occasion the coach will confirm the starting eleven against the Peruvians.

Cerro showed a great performance in their last match in the Apertura tournament, where they convincingly defeated Sol de America 4-1.
