The Peruvian Volleyball Team will conclude its preparation for the Pre-Olympics in Puerto Rico. The team will play four friendly matches prior to the official competition in Colombia, which grants a spot for Tokyo 2020.
The Peruvian team, led by Francisco Hervás, is composed of 14 selected players. The chosen ones are Karla Ortiz, Mirian Patiño, Angela Leyva, Miryec Muñoz, Shiamara Almeida, Daniela Uribe, Esmeralda Sánchez, Diana De La Peña, Flavia Montes, Leslie Leyva, Maguilaura Frías, Maricarmen Guerrero, Katherine Regalado, and Vanessa Palacios.
Peru will play four friendly matches against Puerto Rico between December 29 and January 3. The next day, they will depart for Bogota, where they will compete against Argentina, Colombia, and Venezuela for a spot in the Olympic Games.
