John Narváez revealed why he changed his 'look' for the Melgar match against Binacional [PHOTOS AND VIDEOS]

Domingo 13 de Octubre del 2019

Melgar defender John Narváez confessed the reason he changed the color of his hair for the match against Binacional, where they won 1-0 in Arequipa.

Wanted to surprise. The goal scorer against Binacional, John Narváez, commented on the reason why he decided to come to this game with a change of 'look', inspired by a famous animated Pixar movie. The Melgar's defender joked that color changes would be his lucky charm for future matches.

"I simply changed my 'look' because my daughter has a resemblance to the girl that appears in the movie Monsters Inc., that's why I painted myself with this color, because I brought her tonight with her pajamas. Let's see if that becomes the lucky charm, because it's the first time I take her on the field," explained John Narváez after the match against Binacional.

This hair color change coincided with the victory of the red and blacks, after four games without being able to win. So his teammates did not hesitate to ask him to change his 'look' more frequently. "The team is telling me to dye my hair more often," he added.
