With this result, Alianza Lima reached 55 points and climbed to fourth place, the same number of points as fifth-placed Sport Huancayo, but with a better goal difference for the blanquiazul team. San Martin, on the other hand, is in tenth place with 35 points.
Universitario (57), Melgar (57), and Sporting Cristal (56) occupy the top three positions. While the merengues and rimenses will face each other, the Arequipa team will play against Binacional in Arequipa.
Remember that the champion and runner-up of the Reserves Tournament (Apertura + Clausura) will award two and one point, respectively, to the accumulated standings of their professional team in the Liga 1 championship.
