Franck Ribéry to Play Football in Asia after Leaving Bayern Munich
The French player Franck Ribéry, after completing a total of 425 matches with Bayern Munich, winning 9 out of the 12 Bundesligas he played, will now join Asian football.
According to the German newspaper Bild Sport, Ribéry is currently in Asia and has two possible destinations: Saudi Arabia and Qatar. If he signs with a club from the first mentioned country, he would be a rival for the Peruvian player André Carrillo, who currently plays for Al-Hilal.
It is worth mentioning that the German newspaper highlights that the medical tests were conducted in Germany, so Ribéry would only go to Asia to sign his new contract with the club where he will end his professional career after almost 20 seasons.
This season, Bayern Munich will not have two legends for the club, Franck Ribéry and Arjen Robben, who have left the way clear for Gnabry and Coman to take their places in the starting lineup.
