Anderson Santamaría has a new goalscorer in his team, the Puebla of the Liga MX confirmed the signing of Uruguayan striker Cristian Palacios, winner of three titles with Peñarol.

'The talented goalscorer from Atlético Peñarol arrives in La Franja as a permanent transfer with a contract that will link him to the institution for three years, from the Apertura 2018 to the Clausura 2021', the team explained.
Cristian Palacios, 27 years old, is a center forward with a strong presence in the box and several goalscorer titles, the last one in the Uruguayan championship of 2017 in which he scored 29 goals.
Under the guidance of coach Enrique Meza, Anderson Santamaría's team won seven matches, drew two, lost eight and accumulated 23 points, finishing tenth in the standings of the last Clausura.
