Juan de Dios Crespo will be absent tomorrow for personal reasons.

Movements at Universitario de Deportes ahead of tomorrow's hearing before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (TAS).

Due to family reasons, Juan de Dios Crespo will be absent from the hearing, but will defend the club's case via teleconference (Skype). Agustín Amorós, a specialist in sports law, will represent the Ate institution.

This hearing is crucial for Universitario de Deportes because the club is seeking to have the sanction lifted, which currently prevents them from reinforcing and registering new players until the end of the year, as imposed by the Licensing Court.

The hearing will take place at the Peruvian-American Chamber of Commerce in San Isidro. The arbitrators will listen to both parties involved in the case and then take some time to draft the Arbitration Award. The exact timeframe is not predetermined, but it is expected to be before the end of the sanction. This decision will be accepted by FIFA as the final word. If everything goes well, Universitario de Deportes fans will celebrate as if it were a title.

Finally, Juan de Dios Crespo, the legal representative of Universitario de Deportes, remains optimistic that the club's sanction will be lifted and that they will be able to strengthen their team for the second half of the year.
