Real Garcilaso beats Santos in Copa Libertadores

The midfielder of Real Garcilaso Alfredo Ramúa scored the winning goal in the opening match of Group 6 of the Copa Libertadores.

From about 40 meters, Alfredo Ramúa took the shot and secured the 2-0 victory. The ball hit the crossbar and bounced into the goal, impossible for the Brazilian goalkeeper.

With this win, Real Garcilaso is in first place in Group 6 with three points. Estudiantes de La Plata and Nacional from Uruguay drew 0-0 in Montevideo.

The next match for Real Garcilaso will be against the Argentine team on March 14th in La Plata. Santos will host Nacional from Uruguay a day later.
