Universitario de Deportes: Fox Sports criticized Raúl Fernández during live broadcast [VIDEO]

Sábado 27 de Enero del 2018

Universitario played a great game against Oriente Petrolero and came close to securing a spot in the group stage of the Copa Libertadores.

When the entire Peru applauded the great comeback that Universitario de Deportes achieved temporarily against Oriente Petrolero, Raúl Fernández ended the illusion with a play to forget. He came out wrong and the Bolivians did not forgive.

In the middle of the broadcast, Fox Sports criticized the wrong move that Fernández made. The commentators could not understand why the experienced goalkeeper rushed to catch a ball in the area that was not dangerous.

At least, the 'U' paid a high price for a single error. Troglio's team will have to turn the page and focus solely on the Torneo Descentralizado. The cream team is obliged to fight.

Despite the big mistake made by Fernández, his teammates supported him. Aldo Corzo, the best on the field, was one of them. The side and the cream people trust that the goalkeeper will recover his level.
