Tigres had a perfect party in their first match as locals of this Clausura 2018 tournament, where they not only defeated Santos and earned their first three points in the championship, but were also welcomed at El Volcan with a spectacular show of lights and fireworks.

Prior to the match of week 2, the University Stadium of Nuevo Leon turned off its lights to give way to a spectacle where the title won in the past tournament was showcased, proving themselves as the most powerful team in the north and the entire national football circuit.

The team's mascot, the trophy, and the packed stands were the perfect backdrop to welcome a team that is already thinking about the back-to-back championship.
