University student: Guastavino says goodbye with an emotional comment.

Diego Guastavino is one of the references who will leave Universitario de Deportes in 2018. The Uruguayan midfielder has already been notified of the decision made by Pedro Troglio's coaching staff, and therefore he decided to give an emotional message to all the cream fans through his social networks.

'One always has illusions. Mine was to have another opportunity, a rematch, accepting that 2017 was not my year. I wanted to contribute, but the technical decisions did not fit my game. It hurts, but that's how it is and you have to accept it. I wish the greatest success to the teammates who will continue', reads part of the message that Diego Guastavino left to all the followers of Universitario de Deportes.

Several players will leave Universitario de Deportes. Among the confirmed departures are Giordano Mendoza, who has signed with Real Garcilaso, Joaquín Aguirre, who would sign with Sport Rosario, Josué Estrada, who confessed his interest in playing for Sport Boys.
