Rolando Blackburn could have another opportunity in Peru.

Rolando Blackburn

Arrived in Peru to be the scorer of Sporting Cristal, but the plans did not go as expected for him or for the celeste directive that hired him. The Panamanian played 10 games and scored 4 goals. Beyond the goals, the game offered by the Central American forward was not pleasing. His most remembered goal was in a tie against Universitario in the last minute. He left Rímac to return to Panama, where he signed with Chorrillano FC and ended up being the top scorer of the tournament.

Pretenders of Panamanian forward Rolando Blackburn:

- A recently promoted historic team in the First Division of Peru.
- A team from the Mexican Ascenso with half a ticket to the First Division.
- An MLS protagonist team.
- A 'grand' of Peru.#MentiraNoEs

Months later, Rolando Blackburn is again rumored to be a possible reinforcement for a Peruvian team. According to Panamanian journalist José Miguel Domínguez, Rolando would have a new opportunity in Peru. "A recently promoted historic team in the First Division of Peru. A team from the Mexican Ascenso with half a ticket to the First Division. An MLS protagonist team and a 'grand' of Peru, want the forward," the journalist published on his social media. If any of these options materializes, Rolando Blackburn would have a new opportunity in Peruvian football.

Rolando Blackburn left the club with the phrase: "I thank my teammates at Sporting Cristal for the good treatment since my arrival and I will be one more fan of the club. I wish you many blessings and a big hug."
