The Peruvian National Team arrives in Wellington to face New Zealand
The Peruvian National Team arrived in Wellington to face the New Zealand representation on Friday, for the first match of the World Cup repechage for Russia 2018. A large number of fans welcomed the team with chants and applause.
Fans arrived at the airport in the early hours of the morning. As more followers joined in, the celebrations began to the rhythm of the classic bar songs.

Due to the presence of only 3 security agents, the players had to make their way through the crowd of fans. The 'Tigre's' pupils were embraced by the fans and allowed photos along the way.
The Peruvian National Team took a bus to go to their concentration hotel. In a few hours, the team would visit Westpac Stadium and the coach will give his final impressions before the match.
The Peruvian National Team will clash with New Zealand at Westpac Stadium in search of the first blow. The return match will be held on November 15th at the National Stadium in Lima.
