André Carrillo Joins Watford for Premier League Season
Peruvian winger André Carrillo has finally resolved his situation and arrived in England to join his new club, Watford, for the upcoming Premier League season.
Despite having everything settled with the English club for days, Carrillo was unable to travel to London and join his team, who has already started the Premier League with a last-minute draw against Liverpool at home and a victory away to AFC Bournemouth.
The 'Culebra' needed to organize his documentation in order to obtain the necessary permits and play without any issues in England, as they have strict regulations for the entry of foreigners.
Watford is managed by Portuguese coach Marco Silva, who coincided with Carrillo at Sporting Lisbon during the 2014-15 season. The former Alianza Lima player could make his debut this weekend against Brighton & Hove Albion.
The Peruvian footballer has joined Watford on loan with an option to buy. His contract is owned by Benfica.
