Alianza Lima welcomed David Trezeguet as if he were just another player of the team and presented him with the official jersey with the number '17' on the back. The former French footballer, delighted with the gift, wore the official attire.

The doors of Matute Stadium were opened for 'Treze-Gol', who was received by the administrator Renzo Ratto and the sports manager, Gustavo Zevallos, who explained to the Frenchman what Alianza Lima means to Peruvians.

The most important moment of the visit was when the former Juventus forward put on the white and blue jersey, accompanied by the French ambassador, Fabrice Mauriès.

David Trezeguet came to Peru to support Paris' candidacy as the host of the 2024 Olympic Games. The draw with the other venue, Los Angeles, will take place on September 13th in Lima.

This Sunday, July 16th, Alianza Lima will face Sport Huancayo at the Alejandro Villanueva Stadium starting at 3:30 pm.
