"Remembering is reliving"
This is the slogan of a radio station in Peru. But it could also be the motto of Sport Boys for its 90th anniversary celebration. The tribute match will feature the memorable 2003 squad that was managed by Jorge Samapoli.
One of the members of that team was Argentine forward Cristian Jeandet (42), the top scorer of the team. He has confirmed his participation in the event, which aims to raise funds for the institution.
Pink month: all the titles of Sport Boys in the First Division
"Hello, pink fans. I am Cristian Jeandet. I hope to see you on the 27th to celebrate the 90th anniversary of our great club, Sport Boys. Sending you all a big hug. Cheers. Let's go, Boys!" he said in a video posted on social media.
The former player with blonde hair arrived at Sport Boys in the 2003 season and scored 8 goals to help the team compete in the championship. Several of his goals are still vivid in the memories of the fans, such as the one that started the comeback against Sporting Cristal in Callao.

Jeandet had two more periods with the 'Misilera' (2004 and 2005). However, his best season was the first one with the 'Hombrecito' as the coach. They will meet again on the 27th to travel back in time. Because remembering is reliving.
