Deleted. Alianza Lima U-18 team lost 1-0 against La Liga Deportiva Universitaria de Quito U-18 in the last match of the Copa Mitad del Mundo held at the Complejo Deportivo de Independiente del Valle in Ecuador.

After a goalkeeping blooper, Jairo Carreño scored the only goal of the match and ended the chances of the 'potrillos' (Alianza Lima) to qualify for the next round of the youth tournament. With this result, Alianza Lima finished in last place in Group B with three points.

It is worth mentioning that Alianza Lima suffered four defeats and only achieved one victory against Xolos from Mexico. The 'blanquiazul' team had a poor performance in the Copa Mitad del Mundo.

Alianza Lima defeated Union Comercio 1-0 and is the leader of the Torneo Apertura.

In the same group, the Peruvian National Team will face Xolos de Tijuana and still has intact chances of qualifying for the next phase. On the other hand, Sporting Cristal was eliminated from the cup and closed their participation in the championship with a 1-0 defeat against Universidad Catolica from Chile.
