Protest for the Resignation of the President of Luqueño

A caravan took place through the center of Luque city, to the Feliciano Cáceres stadium, demanding the resignation of the current president of Luqueño, Celso Cáceres.

Various factors came together for the collective manifestation to take place, by a sector that has been declaring itself against Cáceres' management. They question the defeat in the last match against Guaraní, the departure of several key players such as Blas Armoa, Yeiber Murillo, and Isidro Pitta, during the Apertura tournament, and an ongoing issue regarding the current board's leadership crisis due to the mass resignation of 14 members, which occurred during the pandemic (06/01/2020). ÚH tried to have a dialogue with Cáceres, who did not respond to the call.

ANOTHER DEPARTURE. Rubén Escobar, Luqueño's goalkeeper since the beginning of the year, coming from Sol, will play for Deportes Tolima in Colombia. The Colombian club made his signing official through their social media (Twitter).
