Rodrigo Codas, a player representative who negotiated Emmanuel Adebayor's arrival at Olimpia, spoke this Friday with Fútbol a lo Grande on Radio Monumental 1080 AM and referred to the Togolese's return to the country.
The businessman confirmed that Adebayor will return and defend the colors of Olimpia. "I can confirm that Adebayor is going to come back to play for Olimpia, it's certain," he said.
WHEN WILL HE RETURN? Regarding the date of his return, Codas pointed out: "We are working on it, he could return on Monday or Wednesday, they are trying to find the best flight so that there are no inconveniences," he said.
Adebayor arrived in the country on February 13th and officially became a player for Olimpia. Ten days later, he made his debut with the striped jersey in the 1-1 draw against Cerro Porteño, and in his last match on March 11th, he was sent off with a straight red card in a Copa Libertadores game against Defensa y Justicia.
He traveled to his country on March 22nd to complete the quarantine.
