Soccer in Paraguay awaits its future
The Paraguayan soccer will know its future on Thursday, May 28, when the meeting of the First Division club presidents of the Paraguayan Football Association (APF) takes place.
In this regard, the Olimpia defender, Antolín Alcaraz, hopes that soccer returns soon. "You miss the daily routine. We want to return as soon as possible," he said in an interview with Fútbol a lo Grande.
The experienced defender used the example of the Ecuadorian league. "In Ecuador, soccer already has a return date and the coronavirus hit much harder there than in our country," he mentioned.
Antolín Alcaraz, 37 years old, ended the conversation expressing his desire regarding this situation. "As a soccer player, I want to return to training, it's my job," he concluded.
