Francisco Arce, Cerro Porteño's coach, spoke at a press conference this Thursday, prior to Friday's match against Sol de América, at Nueva Olla, at 8:15 pm, for the 3rd round of the Apertura tournament.

The coach was asked about several topics, including reinforcements. Arce had stated that he needed a forward and a left back. "The forward is the one that is closest to being finalized," Arce declared at the press conference.

Once the conference was over, Víctor Villalba, Fútbol a lo Grande journalist, approached coach Arce and asked him if the forward who is about to arrive is José Ortizoza. El Chiqui smiled and left, leaving open the possibility that the 32-year-old forward might return to El Ciclón.

Ortigoza, recently released from Guaraní, is currently without a club and if his return to Cerro happens, he will become the second reinforcement of the season after Argentine Claudio Aquino, thus beginning his third cycle at the Barrio Obrero institution.
