According to media reports, the forward is of interest to Libertad. The player is known to Ramón Díaz, who at one point requested his naturalization when he was the coach of the Paraguayan national team.

Libertad, who has already secured the signing of Paraguayan striker Sebastián Ferreira from Morelia in Mexico, is looking for more reinforcements for their participation in the local tournament, the Copa Paraguay, and the Copa Libertadores.
