Olimpia celebrates the tetra-championship with a comfortable victory over Sol de América

The party for the achievement of the tetra-championship extended to the Defensores del Chaco, where Daniel Garnero's team offered their great football to comfortably defeat Sol de América and close another dream year.

THE MATCH. The first half had only one dominator. Olimpia was in control of all the actions and opened the scoring in the 21st minute after a ball played into the box by Luis de la Cruz, which Roque Santa Cruz headed down and Diego Torres took care of putting it away with a crossed shot.

The second goal wouldn't take long to come, it would be in the 28th minute through a header by Antolín Alcaraz after a precise cross from the youth player Diego Torres. The Decano was already reflecting their superiority over the Danzarín in the score.

Néstor Camacho joined the party with a fantastic goal with his left foot after a great maneuver by Miguel Samudio on the left flank. This happened in the 33rd minute to make it 0-3 for Daniel Garnero's team.

Olimpia will play in the group stage of the Copa Libertadores as Paraguay 1, and Sol de América will participate in the Copa Sudamericana. In the Clausura, the Danzarín finished fifth with 31 points.
