This Sunday, the Argentinean coach enjoys his fourth consecutive title with the Para Uno team after a magnificent comeback against Guaraní at the Manuel Ferreira stadium.

After Roque Santa Cruz scored two goals, the team's striker, the team managed to tie the game and achieve victory. The coach expressed his "enormous joy" for the magnitude of the achievement and, moved to tears, dedicated the title especially to his family.

About the challenging match held at Para Uno, Garnero acknowledged in a TV interview the difficulties they faced against Guaraní.

"We had discussed that we shouldn't lose our organization, they have good players, especially in the attack, I won't discover that, they caught us on the counterattack and we found ourselves behind," he said.

Nevertheless, the coach gave all the credit to his players for reaching the objective with one round left. "I have a squad with individual and collective hierarchy, intelligent and they understand perfectly what I always look for, which is the best for the team," he concluded.

MAKING HISTORY.

The foreign professional becomes the second coach to achieve a quadruple championship in Paraguayan football.

Aurelio González was the first coach to win a tetra and is the only one to win five consecutive championships, which he achieved between 1956 and 1960.

Garnero is now one step away from the Gran Capitán and also earns a spot in the list of most successful Olimpia coaches in Paraguayan football.
