The Disciplinary Commission of the Mexican Football Federation made a mistake in the sanction against Puebla's coach, the Paraguayan José Saturnino Cardozo.
The organization "clarifies that, due to an involuntary error, José Saturnino Cardozo, coach of Club Puebla, was given a two-match suspension after the match played by his team against Club Deportivo Toluca, corresponding to Matchday 8 of the Clausura 2017 Tournament.
"Cardozo will only receive a one-match suspension for constantly protesting or complaining about the decisions made by any member of the refereeing team", reads the Federation's statement.
