The Disciplinary Commission suspended Jair Pereira for two matches for the elbow he struck Jonatthan Fabbro with during the match between Jaguares de Chiapas and Chivas at the Víctor Manuel Reyna ‘Zoque’ stadium.

According to the regulations, the player from Chivas will also have to pay a fine for the injury caused to the Chiapas player, based on article 73 of the sanction regulations, section c, which refers to violent behavior not seen by the match officials.

As a result, the rojiblanco team will not be able to count on the defender for the matches against Toluca and Tigres.
